Ms. Stone-Littles is a Class of 1982 graduate of Harvard Law School after which she commenced her legal career with a focus on finance and development. Her educational credentials include a B.A in Business Administration from Michigan State University and a semester abroad at the University of London, Bedford College. From the outset of her career, Ms. Stone-Littles was determined to create a vehicle through which she could use her knowledge and skills to one-day operate her own business entity. CSL, LLC is the realization of that drive and motivation. Among her many accomplishments, Ms. Stone-Littles was the first African-American certified to be included in Chicago’s Bond Counsel “Red Book.” In 1985 she joined United Airlines as a Senior Properties Manager for the development of United’s Award winning $650 million Terminal One at Chicago-O’Hare, a project that included a new concessions program. Thus began Ms. Stone-Littles work at and with Chicago O’Hare. In her role as Senior Properties Manager, Ms. Stone-Littles was responsible for United Airline’s property management, legal and business development matters covering O’Hare and thirty other airports in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

After leaving United, Ms. Stone-Littles represented the top 60 international air carriers in the development of the International Terminal at O’Hare. Ms. Stone-Littles also served as the lead consultant in the development of Memphis International Airport’s concessions program that won the prestigious Gris Bach Award and leveraged her planning and management experience to develop the concessions program for Denver International Airport. These various planning and concessions program development activities led Ms. Stone-Littles to the inevitable conclusion that she too could move over to the concession operator side of the business. She recognized that partnering with product manufacturers would be her best mode of entry and used her contacts and knowledge to identify opportunities that would be mutually beneficial. In a very real sense, the rest is a matter of hard work, consistent exceptional performance and God’s blessing for the choices that one makes as an entrepreneur.

Ms. Stone-Littles leads CSL, LLC by utilizing her over thirty years of experience, to forge strong relationships in the airport concessions marketplace with international brand partners including L’Occitane en Provence, Johnston & Murphy, Kiehls, Sunglass Hut, and Hudson News & Gifts. She has been successful in identifying and developing these joint ventures because Ms. Stone-Littles understands that the aviation business is first and foremost about getting people to relatively distant destinations efficiently and comfortably in an environment that supports both those requirements. She has chosen to work with specialty retail partners that have the products, training and commitment to meet or exceed their customers’ expectations.

During her 37 years in the industry, Ms. Stone-Littles has worked with international airlines, airports, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Airport Minority Advisory Council (AMAC) and as a member of the Airport Council International (ACI) Diversity Subcommittee and other industry organizations to establish, educate and offer industry input that resulted in the DOT’s Joint Venture Guidance and other important rules and regulations. Her professional affiliations include AMAC, where she is a past member of its Board of Directors having served in leadership capacities for more than five years. She is also an active participant in the recently initiated Airport Restaurant and Retailers Association (“ARRA”) which came together amid the COVID-19 pandemic’s devastating impact on national and international passenger traffic. She is a frequently requested speaker by the FAA and ACI where she has served as a seminar instructor and presenter. Ms. Stone-Littles is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Chicago Council of Lawyers and a founding member of the DFW Mid-Cities Chapter of Jack & Jill of America, Inc.
